David Mussari, MBA Principal Broker David Mussari is the broker/owner of Prudential Commercial Real Estate, with three locations in Columbus & Cincinnati, Ohio & Lexington, Kentucky. David joined Prudential Commercial Real Estate as Principal Broker/Owner in early 2006 and has been successful in growing the company into the 5th largest commercial real estate firm in the Tri-State area, as named by the Cincinnati Business Courier (August 2009). In addition to his extensive real estate experience, David has also received his B.B.A in Finance from Kent State University and an MBA in Marketing/Information Systems from Indiana University. Mr. Mussari has been involved in other aspects of real estate, including teaching commercial real estate classes at Hondros College. He also holds the C-REP (Commercial RE Professional) certification. In addition to his role as broker of Prudential Commercial Real Estate, David is currently the Managing Partner/COO of Landmark Midwest Properties, Ltd. In his free time, David is actively involved in youth baseball, serving on the board of his local league as well as coaching. David lives in West Chester, OH with his wife and three children.
