Lorenzo Thompkins is a licensed real estate agent for the state of Ohio, both buyer and seller representation. He began in the residential field and transitioned to commercial in 2010. He has experience assisting developers and clients with retail and multifamily properties, sales, leasing, and management. Lorenzo is well-versed in commercial prospecting and has a passion for assisting developers interested in shopping center occupancy and clergy looking to secure sufficient congregational space.
Lorenzo earned a bachelor's degree in organizational management from Wilberforce University. He is a member of the Columbus Board of Realtors(CBR), Commercial Real Estate Exchangers(CREE), and a Certified Commercial Investment Member(CCIM) candidate. He is active in a variety of community, business, and social organizations and has been instrumental in helping several secure space for education and proprietorship purposes.
