About Me:

Zachary Schunn joined the team at Prudential Commercial Real Estate in 2011. Zachary brings his knowledge as a recent graduate of the University of Cincinnati's MBA program (concentration in Commercial Real Estate), as well as a degree from UC DAAP's world-class architecture program. He plans to combine his background in the building industry (2+ years experience in the architecture industry) with a newfound interest in sales and client relations.
Zachary has chosen to focus on Cincinnati's urban neighborhoods, seeing a new wave of growth coming as more attention is paid to helping small, local businesses.  He has a strong interest in entrepreneurship, as well as an interest in green building design and construction, and is an active member in the local U.S. Green Building Council chapter. Zachary lives in Cincinnati, and frequently volunteers with neighborhood and other non-profit groups and causes. He spends much of his "free" time reading up on business and development news, but he also enjoys playing sports and spending time with his family.
